You'll feel the difference after the first use. I have blended these nourishing and exfoliating grains from oatmeal, flax seeds, camomile, calendula petals and lavender. Your skin will look and feel amazingly fresh and glowing with just one use.

As a Scrub: For gentle and nourishing exfoliation, sprinkle the grains on your fingertips and gently massage onto your wet face for 30-60 seconds. Rinse completely with tepid water. Feel the difference!

As a Facial Mask: To deep cleanse and nourish all skin types: Mix grains into a paste with water. For extra moisturizing and healing: Mix with honey For extra soothing, toning and refining: Mix with yogurt.
